The Marketing Director who stopped maintaining
Challenge
A Director of Marketing at a global CPG company, fifteen years in, in a role that had quietly turned into information-routing between markets. Drained by the internal stuff, not the work itself.
Approach
The Plan surfaced a builder-stuck-in-a-corporate-cage pattern. The Four-Path Map leaned toward reshaping the role and an internal move. The Move addressed a stress baseline she'd stopped noticing.
Outcome
Took an internal move into a build-heavy role she'd written off as unavailable. Stayed by choice, which is a different state than staying by default.
"I wasn't failing. I was testing. I just didn't have the picture to see that."
